dc.description.abstractهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم التحول الرقمي، وفوائده، وخصائصه، ونماذجه المختلفة، حيث أصبح موضوع التحول الرقمي في الوقت الراهن من المواضيع الهامة في ظل الثورة الصناعية الرابعة من جهة، وفي ظل تداعيات جائحة كوفيد-19 على الخدمات المالية من جهة أخرى. وتُعد التجربة السعودية تجربة رائدة في مجال التحول الرقمي، من خلال تبنّي "رؤية 2030" الاستراتيجية، التي تسعى المملكة من خلالها إلى أن تكون من بين أوائل دول العالم في هذا المجال. ولتحقيق ذلك، تم إنشاء كل من "اللجنة الوطنية للتحول الرقمي" و"وحدة التحول الرقمي" في عام 2017، إلى جانب تطوير الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتحول الرقمي التي تتضمن ثلاث خطط عمل. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التحول الرقمي أصبح ضرورة حتمية لكافة الدول في عصر تهيمن عليه التكنولوجيا الرقمية، وتُعد التجربة السعودية واحدة من أهم وأبرز التجارب الرائدة والناجحة على المستويين الإقليمي والعالمي. This research paper aims to shed light on the concept of digital transformation, its benefits, characteristics, and its various models, as today the subject of digital transformation has become an important topic in the era of the fourth industrial revolution on the one hand, and in light of what the repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic have on financial services .The Saudi experience is a pioneering experience in the field of digital transformation through adopting the 2030 strategic vision, through which the Kingdom seeks to be among the first countries in the world, and to achieve this, both the National Committee for Digital Transformation and the Digital Transformation Unit were established in 2017, along with the development of the national strategy for digital transformation, which includes three business plans. The study concluded that digital transformation has become an imperative for all countries in an era dominated by digital technology, and the Saudi experience is among the most important pioneering and successful experiences at the regional and global level.
