Abstract
الهدف من هذا العمل هو دراسة التطور النسيجي للرحم وعلاقته بالتطور النسيجي والفسيولوجي للمبيض.
تم إجراء الدراسة على 8 أرانب من السلالة ITELVالإصطناعية لمختلف الأعمار من أسبوعين إلى 16 أسبوع في مخبر بيولوجيا وفيزيولوجيا الحيوان بجامعة العربي بن مهيدي ولاية أم البواقي .
تم ذبح 8 أرانب وتشريحها وإزالة كل من المبيض والرحم وإخضاعها للدراسة المرفومترية ثم تثبيتها في محلول)Boin) لأجل تهيئتها للدراسة النسيجية ، لمتابعة مختلف مراحل التطور النسيجي للرحم وتطور الجريبات وإستنتاج العلاقة بينهما .
أظهرت النتائج غياب للجريبات في عمر الأسبوعين، وأن هناك تطور للجريبات من عمر 4 إلى 14 أسبوعا، وفي عمر 16 أسبوعا ظهور للجريبات الناضجة المهيأة للإباضة ، يقابله تطور في الرحم وحدوث تغيرات هيستومورفولوجية لنوع خلايا طلائية بطانة الرحم وكذلك الحشوة وظهور للغدد العنبية والغدد الأنبوبية ، حيث هذه التغيرات النسيجية تخضع لتأثيرات المبيض ، ذلك بإفرازه للهرمونات الجنسية "البروجسترون والأستروجين "المسؤولة على التطور النسيجي للرحم.
أما من الناحية المرفومترية أظهرت النتائج إرتفاع في الوزن الكلي لإناث الأرانب ووزن الجهاز التناسلي بما فيه الرحم والمبيض وإرتفاع في قياسات الطول والعرض لكل من الرحم والمبيض .
تأكد نتائجنا أن الرحم يخضع لتغيرات نسيجية تحت تأثيرات هرمونات المبيض في فترة بعد الولادة .
Le but de ce travail est d’étudier le développement histologique de l’utérus et sa relation avec le développement histologique et physiologique des ovaires .
l’étude a été menée sur 8 lapines de la souche artificielle ITELV d’àges différents allant de deux semaines à 16 semaines au laboratoire de biologie et physiologie animales de l’université de Larbi Ben M’hidi Etat d’Oum El-Bouaghi .
8 lapines ont été abattues et disséquées, les ovaires et l’utérus ont été prélevés et soumis à une une étude morphométrique, puis fixés dans une solution de« Boin » afin de les préparer à étude histologique , de suivre les différentes étapes du développement histologique de l’utérus et du développement des follicules et en déduire la relation entre eux .
Les résultats ont montré une absence de follicules à l’àge de deux semaines , et qu’il y a un développement des follicules des l’àge de 4 à 14 semaines, et à l’àge de 16 semaines. l’apparition de follicules matures prétes pour l’ovulation , correspondant à la développement dans l’utérus et l’apparition de modifications histomorphologiques du type de cellules épithéliales ainsi que du remplissage et de l’apparition des glandes uvéales et tubulaires ,ou ces modifications tissulaires sont soumises aux effets de l’ovaire , par sa sécrétion des hormones sexuelles « progestérone et oestrogéne » responsables du déveleppement tissulaire de l’utérus .
En termes de morphométrie , les résultats on montré une augmentation du poids total des lapines et du poids de l’appariel reproducteur , et une augmentation des mesures de longueur et de largeur de chacun des utérus et ovaires .
Nos résultats confirment que l’utérus subit des changements histologiques sous l’efffet des hormones ovariennes dans la période postnatal.
The aim of this work is to study the histological development of the uterus and its relationship with the histologicial and physiological development of the ovaries .
The study was conducted ou 8 rabbits of the artificial stain ITELV of different ages from two weeks to 16 weeks in the laboratory of animal biology and physiology at the university of Larbi Ben M’hidi , the state of Oum – El – Bouaghi .
8 rabbits were slanghtered and dissected both ovaries and uterus were removed and subjected to morphometric study them fixed in “boin” solution in order to prepare them for histological study to follow up the various stages of histological development of uterus and the development of follicles and conclude the relationship between them.
The results showed an absence of follicles at the age of two-weeks, and there is a development of follicles from the age of 4 to 14 weeks , and at the age of 16 weeks the appearance of mature follicles ready for ovulation , corresponding to development in the uterus and occurrence of histomorphological changes of the type of endometrial epithelial cells as well uveal and tubular glands , where thes tissue changes are subject to the effects of the ovary, by secreting the sex hormones “ progesterone and estrogen” responsible for the tissue development of the uterus .
Interms of morphometry , the results showed and increase in the total weight of the reproductive system including the uterus and ovaries , and an increase in the length and width measurements of the uterus and ovaries .
Our results confirm that the uterus undergoes histological changes under the effects of ovarian hormones in the postnatal period.
