| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر الشراكة الأورو-جزائرية على الصادرات الجزائرية خارج قطاع المحروقات، من خلال إبراز أهم الانعكاسات التي خلفتها هذه الشراكة على القطاعات الاقتصادية، وكذلك التطرق إلى مدى تطور وضعية الصادرات غير النفطية نحو السوق الأوروبية، وفرص تعزيز التعاون التجاري والاقتصادي بين الجزائر ودول الاتحاد الأوروبي في مجال المحروقات في إطار اتفاقيات الشراكة. وقد خلصنا إلى أن آثار الشراكة على الاقتصاد الجزائري كانت في مجملها سلبية، رغم وجود بعض الإيجابيات، إلا أنها لم تسهم في تطوير القطاعات الاقتصادية التي من شأنها رفع أداء الصادرات. وعليه، فإن هذه الاتفاقية تستدعي إعادة النظر فيها من أجل تفعيل وتحقيق فرص وآفاق التنويع والاندماج الاقتصادي. This study aims to highlight the impact of the Euro-Algerian partnership on nonhydrocarbon exports on Algeria, by highlighting the most important repercussions of this partnership on the economic sectors, as well as addressing the extent to which the situation of non-hydrocarbon exports towards the European market has developed, and the opportunities for enhancing trade and economic cooperation between Algeria and the European Union countries in the field of hydrocarbons in framework of partnership agreements. We have concluded that the repercussions of the partnership on the Algerian economy are largely negative, despite some positives, but it did not lead to the development of economic sectors contributing to the increase in the performance of exports . Therefore, this agreement must be reconsidered in order to activate and achieve opportunities and prospects for diversification and economic integration. | |
