Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أهمية مواكبة التطورات العلمية والعملية على المستوى الدولي وخاصة في مجال التعليم المحاسبي، والدور الذي يمكن أن تلعبه في تحسين كفاءة المدقق الخارجي في بيئة الأعمال الجزائرية والارتقاء بمستوى المهنة، وذلك من خلال إجراء دراسة تحليلية للمعيار الدولي للتعليم المحاسبي IES 08 الذي يقدم مجموعة من التقنيات التي من شأنها أداء مزاولي المهنة وكفاءتهم،
ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها، أن متطلبات المعيار الدولي للتعليم المحاسبي 08 ES تمثل الحد الأدنى من الكفاءة الواجبة لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة من عملية التدقيق، وضمان الكفاءة الفنية المهارات المهنية والقيم المهنية والأخلاقية لدى ممارسي مهنة التدقيق الخارجي، وبالتالي ضرورة الاهتمام بتحديث مناهج التعليم المحاسبي والتدقيقي في بيئة الأعمال الجزائرية وتطويرها بما يتلاءم مع متطلبات المعيار الدولي للتعليم المحاسبي 08 IES.
This study aims to clarify the importance of keeping up with scientific and practical developments at the international level, especially in the field of accounting education, and the role that it can play in improving the competence of the external auditor in the Algerian business environment and upgrading the level of the profession, by conducting an analytical study of the International Standard for Accounting Education IES 08 which It introduces a set of techniques that will perform the performance and competence of practitioners of the profession, and among the most important findings is that the requirements of the International Standard for Accounting Education 08 IES represent the minimum required competency to achieve the desired objectives of the audit process, and to ensure technical competence, professional skills, professional and ethical values of practitioners.
The profession of external auditing, and therefore the need to pay attention to updating the curricula of accounting and auditing education in the Algerian business environment and developing them in line with the requirements of the International Standard for Accounting Education IES 08;
