dc.description.abstractتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معرفة مدى تحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر من خلال الشركات الناشئة. حيث تطرقنا في دراستنا إلى محورين نظريين يتعلقان بكل ما يخص الشركات الناشئة والتنويع الاقتصادي، ومحور ثالث يمثل الجانب التطبيقي، حيث قدمنا بعض التجارب الخاصة بالمؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر التي ساهمت في تحقيق ما يُعرف بالتنويع الاقتصادي. وأخيرًا، توصلنا إلى عدة نتائج، أبرزها أن المؤسسات الناشئة تلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في التنويع الاقتصادي، خاصة وأن الجزائر كانت تعتمد في السابق بشكل أساسي على النفط، وهو مورد لا يضمن الاستدامة. كما استنتجنا أن المؤسسات الناشئة تمتلك القدرة على التميز في منتجاتها من خلال التنمية المستدامة والحفاظ على البيئة. This research paper aims to know the degree of achieving economic diversification in Algeria, through Start-ups, where we touched in our study on two theoretical axes about everything related to Start-ups and economic diversification, and a third axis represented in the applied side, where we presented some experiences of emerging enterprises in Algeria that achieved what is called economic diversification, Finally we reached several results, which is that emerging enterprises play a major role in economic diversification, especially since Algeria was previously dependent primarily on oil, which loses the advantage of sustainability, as well. We concluded that emerging enterprises have the ability to excel in their products through sustainable development and environmental preservation
