| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع وتحديات الأمن الغذائي العالمي بشكل عام والأمن الغذائي العربي على وجه الخصوص في خضم الأزمات التي يشهدها العالم من أزمات مالية واقتصادية مثل الأزمة المالية والاقتصادية 2008-2009 والأزمات الصحية مثل ازمة فيروس كورونا ،2019 وازمات ارتفاع أسعار الغذاء والطاقة جراء الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية التي ما زالت دائرة منذ عام 2022 وتداعيات هذه الأزمات والصراعات على تحقيق الأمن الغذائي العالمي عامة والأمن الغذائي العربي على وجه الخصوص. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تحقيق الأمن الغذائي مرتبط بعدة عوامل داخلية وخارجية وكلاهما يؤثر على الآخر بطريقة أو بأخرى، ويبقى تحقيقه صعب المنال في ضل التجاذبات السياسية العالمية والأزمات المالية والاقتصادية والصحية والصراعات والحروب الداخلية والخارجية التي تحد من تحقيقه، وهو ما يستدعي ضرورة وضع حلول وسبل التصدي لهذه العوائق والتحديات. This study aimed to shed light on the reality and challenges of global food security in general and Arab food security in particular in the midst of the crises the world is witnessing from financial and economic crises such as the financial and economic crisis of 2008-2009 and health crises such as the Corona virus crisis 2019, and the crises of rising food and energy prices as a result of the RussianUkrainian war, which has been going on since 2022, and the repercussions of these crises and conflicts on achieving global food security in general and Arab food security in particular. The study concluded that the achievement of food security is linked to several internal and external factors, both of which affect the other in one way or another, and its achievement remains elusive in light of global political tensions, financial, economic and health crises, and internal and external conflicts and wars that limit its achievement. This calls for the need to develop solutions and ways to address these obstacles and challenges. | |
