Abstract
Le marché parallèle, également connu sous le nom d'économie informelle, joue un rôle significatif dans l'économie algérienne. En effet, de nombreux travailleurs non-salariés opèrent dans ce secteur, échappant ainsi aux obligations fiscales et sociales. Cette situation a un impact direct sur le solde du Fonds de garantie sociale, qui est chargé de garantir la protection sociale des travailleurs non-salariés. En raison de l'absence de contributions de ces travailleurs au fonds, celui-ci se trouve confronté à des défis financiers pour assurer ses prestations. Il est donc crucial d'analyser de manière approfondie l'impact du marché parallèle sur le solde du fonds et d'identifier des solutions pour renforcer sa viabilité à long terme.
The parallel market, also known as the informal economy, plays a significant role in the Algerian economy. A large number of non-salaried workers operate in this sector, thus evading tax and social obligations. This situation has a direct impact on the balance of the Social Security Fund (CASNOS), which is responsible for guaranteeing social protection for nonsalaried workers. Due to the lack of contributions from these workers to the fund, CASNOS faces financial challenges in ensuring its benefits. It is therefore crucial to thoroughly analyze the impact of the parallel market on the fund's balance and identify solutions to strengthen its long-term sustainability.
