Abstract
للرقمنة أهمية كبرى في معالجة الإختلافات الناتجة عن سوء استخدام المعلومات أو عدم استخدامها في الوقت المناسب، وهو ما قد يؤدي إلى أزمات اقتصادية. لذلك، تحاول هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على تجربة قطر في مجال الرقمنة، واستراتيجية الحكومة الإلكترونية لدولة قطر، والتعرّف على عوامل نجاحها.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن وزارة المواصلات والاتصالات ملتزمة بتطوير واستدامة قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في دولة قطر على مختلف المستويات، وأن دولة قطر قد حققت أعلى درجات الرقمنة، حيث احتلت مركزًا متقدمًا وفقًا لمؤشر الاقتصاد الرقمي العربي.
Digitization is of great importance in addressing the misuse or lack of use of information in a timely manner that leads to economic crises, so this study attempts to address the Qatari experience in the field of digitization, the e-government strategy of the State of Qatar, and identify the factors of its success. The study found that the Ministry of Transport and Communications is committed to the development and sustainability of the ICT sector in the State of Qatar at various levels, and that the State of Qatar has achieved the highest degree of digitization by ranking place according to the Arab Digital Economy Index.
