Abstract
This study presents a systematic review of organizational ambidexterity through Bibliometric analysis of a group of articles extracted from the SCOPUS database over a span of forty years. These publications, authored by individuals from various countries, were analysed to explore the historical and chronological development of organizational ambidexterity. The study examines co-authorship patterns, identifies the most prominent and influential authors in the field, reveals relationships between authors through cooperation networks, analyses key terms associated with organizational ambidexterity, and provides a literature review to understand the evolution of scientific production and anticipate future publication trends. Also the positive relationship between organizational ambidexterity and performance outcomes. Organizations that effectively balance exploration and exploitation activities tend to achieve higher levels of innovation, productivity, profitability, and overall performance. The findings indicate significant collaboration among authors and a prevalence of English-language publications, reflecting its status as a global language
