Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة درجة توافق التعليم المحاسبي ف ي الجزائر مع متطلبا ت سوق العمل على ضوء المرجعية الدولية للتعليم المحاسبي .بحيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي عر ض دراسا ت سابقة حول هذا الموضوع والمنهج التحليلي باستخدام الاستبيان وخلص البحث إلى أن المعرفة بالمحاسبة والمقاييس المرتبطة بها تأتي في الدرجة الأولى من حيث الأهمية في تأهيل الخريج. وأن أهم المناهج التي يتطلب دراستها من طرف الخريج، تتمثل في الاستعمال العام للحاسوب والبرمجيات العامة. كما أن مستوى خريجي المحاسبة هو الأفضل
من حيث قدرتهم ورغبتهم الشخصية على التعلم الذاتي والتطوير المستمر.
The aim of this research is to identify the degree to which accounting education in Algeria corresponds to the requirements of the labour market in the light of the international reference for accounting education ،So that we build on the descriptive approach of presenting previous studies on this subject and the analytical approach using the questionnaire. The research concluded that
knowledge of accounting and associated metrics is of primary importance in the qualification of graduates. The most important courses to be studied by graduates are the general use of computers and general software. The level of accounting graduates is also the best in terms of their ability and personal desire for selflearning and continuous development.
