Abstract
لقد تغيرت مفاهيم التعليم في ظل الثورة التكنولوجية والمعلوماتية، وانتقل من التلقين والتكرار إلى المشاركة والتفاعل بين أطرافه، ولتحقيق جودة التعليم والتعلم، كان من الضروري الاعتماد بشكل متواصل على تكنولوجيا المعلومات ووسائلها لإنجاح العملية التعليمية، وتهدف هذه الورقة إلى إيضاح ماهية تكنولوجيا المعلومات وأهم وسائلها واثر استخدامها على العملية التعليمية التعلمية.
