Herein, the optimized cavity design can provide the best sensing performance. In this work, we have numerically simulated with Finite-Difference- Time-Domain (FDTD) method, by varying small change in the geometric parameter we can bring a significant shift in the sensitivity of the device, also we can manipulate the resonance wavelength. The high sensitivity of the biosensor is 2035 nm/RIU. This device can be utilized in the on-chip detection of biochemical such glucose in water and cancer cells with high sensitivity.Item A Low-power and high sensibility of the smart CMOS(Si and 4H-SiC) temperature sensor in 130nm technology(University of Oum El Bouaghi, 2021)One of the many applications of CMOS technology is the design the temperature sensors. In this paper, the electrical performance of smart CMOS(Si and 4H-SiC) temperature sensor in 130 nm technology have been studied using OrCAD PSpice software. The proposed CMOS circuit is developed to provide the first smart temperature sensor based on two different semiconductor technologies (Si and 4H-SiC) integrated on the same chip. These technologies are activated separately according to the temperature range (Low and High). The study of this smart sensor have shown that they operate under a low voltage less than 0.8 V and ultra low power of order nW. In addition, it is characterized by high sensitivity and good linearity across a temperature range from -120°C to 500°C. It is expected that the use of Si and 4H-SiC technologies for both temperature ranges (low and high) respectively will increase the life of this sensor.Item A Magnetically Tunable Planar Band-stop Filter Using Ferrite Layer(University of Oum El Bouaghi, 2021) Zermane, Aziza; Djouablia, LindaA tunable metamaterial band-stop filter using magnetic material is presented in this paper with numerical results. RPL has been designed for constrained devices and networks. Owing to their constrained power, memory, and processing, RPL-based networks are exposed to a wide range of security attacks that mainly include control message tampering. In this paper, we present a new modified Version Number attack, called Decreased Version Number Attack (DVNA), where the idea behind it is that the version number is decreased instead of increased as in the traditional version number attack. The aim of the attack is to initialize continually the trickle timer of the malicious node's neighbors, which leads to unnecessary exchange of control messages, therefore exhausts the resources of the nodes and reduce the network lifetime. The obtained results show an increase of up to 71% in the exchanged control messages and an increase of up to 47.77 % in energy consumption.Item A new design of high-sensitive photonic crystal biosensor based on ring-shape holes for detecting glucose concentration(University of Oum El Bouaghi, 2021) Daas, Assia; Mouetsi, Souheil; Hocini, Abderraouf; Hocini, Abdesselam; Lariouri, FatehIn this work an optical sensors has been designed and studied with different parameters to select the best result of Q factor and sensitivity; for that, we choose a 2D photonic crystal (PhC). The refractive index (RI) sensor is formed by a pointdefect resonant cavity in the quasi-sandwiched waveguide with a hexagonal lattice of air holes. The properties of the sensor are simulated using a couple of two methods finite-difference timedomain method (FDTD) and the plane wave method (PWE). The calculation results show that a change in ambient RI is apparent; the sensitivity of the sensor is achieved. The objective of our research was primarily modeling and optimization geometry of a first coupling path between a waveguide and a ring resonator with base of photonic crystals in order to improve the coupling properties in this structure. It is in this context that we have exploited all the parameters already developed for improve the biodetection properties in a photonic crystal-based structure. The role of our design is to sens small RI changes for detecting glucose concentration using resonant microcavity (RMC).Item A new lightweight approach to mitigate the version number attack in RPL-based IoT networks(University of Oum El Bouaghi, 2021) Belkheir, Mohammed; Rouissat, Mehdi; Belkhira, Hicham Sid AhmedIn the recent few years, the cybersecurity challenge stood out to the research community with the drastic evolution of IoT networks. The present article deals with the version number attack, a major security concern for IoT networks using RPL as routing protocol. Although a number of techniques have been proposed to mitigate this kind of attack, the main challenge of the proposed technique remains to contemplate the limited capabilities of the embedded devices composing the network in terms of computing, storage and energy. This makes decentralized heavy algorithms and cryptographic solutions not suitable to cope with the inherited resources of nodes and the network core routing operations. The main purpose of our present work is to implement a new lightweight approach aiming to reduce the destructive effect of the version number attack, whereby the node takes into consideration only the version number received from its preferred parent and ignores other versions of its neighborhood. This leads to propagate the same version number value of the root node over the entire network and ensures the network integrity, by reducing the repeated global repair process caused by falsified values of the version number. The proposed method is implemented under Contiki 3.0 operating system and simulations are performed using COOJA for different scenarios while changing the intruder node position in the network. The obtained results obviously depict that our proposed method yields better aftermath, where the energy saving is between 10% and 50%, depending on the intruder position, while the control overhead is between 2% and 50%.Item A Study Of Speckle Noise Reduction Filters for SAR Images(University of Oum El Bouaghi, 2021) Tifouti, Issam; Meriane, Brahim; Rahmouni, Salah; Moussaoui, abdelkrimSynthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imaging systems can provide valuable sources of earth observation data for various applications. Speckle noise can reduce the image quality of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) and complicate image in-terpretation. Reduction of speckle noise is one of the most important processes to increase the quality of the image. Several filters are widely used to enhance the quality of images by despeckling it. This paper compares six different speckle reduction filters such as Lee Filter, Frost Filter, Kuan Filter, Wiener Filter, Median Filter and SRAD (Speckle Reducing Anistrophic Diffusion) Filter that are applied to the SAR image. The statistical measures SNR, PSNR, SIM, MSE, RMSE are compared and the results are tabulated to determine the filter that is well suited for SAR images. Finally the best filter has been pro-posed based on the statistical and experimental results.Item A Survey on Identity-based Key Management Schemes in Mobile Ad hoc networks(University of Oum El Bouaghi, 2021-05-25) Gasmi, Kenza; Bourouis, Abdelhabib; Benaboud, RohallahMobile Ad hoc networks attract more attention over the years, but the security matter of this type of network makes it hard to achieve all of their advantages. Hence, we give a comparative analysis to highlight their advantages and weaknesses. This work gives insights into a recent research to point out its interesting features, take advantages of its strength, ovoid its weaknesses and to lay out the future directions in this area.Item Accounting Education: a theoretical overview(University of Oum El Bouaghi, 2021-05-10) Khalfallah, ZakaryaThe main purpose of this paper is to highlight the Accounting Education as a real asset that must continually evolve in order to best prepare future professionals on accounting for the new requirements imposed by technology and globalization. To do this, a descriptive methodological approach has been deployed to present Accounting Education Standards (IESs), which are developed by the International Accounting Education Standards Board (IAESB). These standards are influencing Accounting Education and training worldwide. The goal of the IESs is to ensure that economic decision makers can rely on the competence of professional accountants regardless of the country where the accountants received their education and training. Two major lessons emerge from this study. On the one hand, that the organizational structure, globalization and technology impact the skills needs of the accountancy profession and, on the other hand, there is a gap between the training provided and the needs of the profession. Item Acerola fruit as a natural antioxidant ingredient for gluten-free bread for celiac patients(University of Oum El Bouaghi, 2022-10-23) Bourekoua, Hayat; Różyło, RenataItem Achieving the quality of accounting learning outcomes: an Algerian perspective(University of Oum El Bouaghi, 2021-05-10) Rimouche, Kaoutar; Himrane, MohammedThis paper aims to demonstrate the efforts made by the International Accounting Education Standards Board (IAESB) in achieving the quality of the accounting learning outcomes and to explore the reality of accounting education in Algerian. We based on the comparative method in order to compare between the content of universities' accounting programs and the International Accounting Education Standard (2). Considering that the accounting educational system in universities should emphasize serving students and ensure that they will be able to practice the accounting profession in the future, and that accounting education should seek to adapt to the trend of professional accounting development. We have concluded that there is almost a perfect match between what Algerian universities apply and what the International Federation of accountant’s committee approved, but the problem lies in achieving the learning outcomes with the required quality as stated in the IES2 تهدف هذه الورقة إلى إظهار الجهود التي يبذلها المجلس الدولي لمعايير تعليم المحاسبة (IAESB) في تحقيق جودة مخرجات تعلم المحاسبة واستكشاف واقع تعليم المحاسبة في الج ا زئر. لقد توصلنا إلى أن هناك تطابقًا تامًا تقريبًا بين ما تقدمه الجامعات الجزائرية وما أقرته لجنة المحاسبين الفيدرالية الدولية، لكن المشكلة تكمن في تحقيق مخرجات التعلم بالجودة المطلوبة كما هو مذكور في .IES2Item Activité anti radicalaire de l’huile essentielle de A. arborescens L(University of Oum El Bouaghi, 2022-10-23) Berraho, Meriem; Znasni, Khadidja; Younes, KaoutarItem Activite biologique et etude phytochimique d’une plante endemique d’algerie.(Université d'Oum El Bouaghi, 2022-10-23) Berhail Boudouda, Houria; Hamimed, Souad; Zater, Hanène; Thomas, Olivier; Kabouche, ZahiaItem Activité physique et sportive de l’enfant et de l’adolescent : Des croyances aux recommandations sanitaires(Université d'Oum El Bouaghi, 2022-04-23) Noubli-Dih, Amal; Louli, HassibaOn entend trop souvent circuler des idées fausses sur la pratique de l’activité physique et sportive et son impact sur la santé des pratiquants jeunes et moins jeunes. Too often we hear misconceptions circulating about the practice of physical activity and sport and its impact on the health of young and old. Therefore, our goal is to provide some clarifications and recommendations in order to prevent and avoid certain dangers. The practice of physical and sports activities among young people must include relevant information on the nature of the practices to be favored according to age (early childhood, puberty, adolescence), but also on the good physical abilities of children by combating stubborn beliefs about their alleged fatigue and fragility. Conversely, this information should not obscure the physical risks and psychological induced by the investment in sport that is too high compared to the possibilities of the young athlete.Item Activites biologiques de punica granatum et essai d’incorporation dans un yaourt etuve.(Université d'Oum El Bouaghi, 2022-10-23) Bakhti, Sena; Bekkada, Ahmed; Bouzouina, MohamedItem Adsorbent effect of the snail shells helix aspersa.(University of Oum El Bouaghi, 2022-10-23) Benaiche, Ghania; Areich, Mounira; Zater, Hanène
