    Effet de Trichoderma sp et de l’acide salicylique sur la croissance et le développement de deux variétés de tomate( Lycopersicon esculentum MILL)contaminées par deuxmaladies fongiques in vitro et in vivo

    Le contrôle biologique et les inducteurs hormonaux représentent une stratégie intéressante pour induire une résistance aux maladies contre les pathogènes, lorsqu'ils sont appliqués ensemble. L'objectif est d'évaluer l'effet de différentes concentrations de l'acide salicylique (0-100-150-200 mg / l) sur la croissance et l'évaluation de l'efficacité de l'antagoniste Trichoderma sp sur la résistance de la plante de tomate Lycopersicum esculentum MILL contre le flétrissement vasculaire causé par le champignon Fusarium oxysporum f. sp.lycopersici et la pourriture grise provoquée par le champignon Botrytis cinerea dans le milieu PDA et sur le champ. In vitro, Le taux d'inhibition de Tricoderma sp sur le Fol a atteint 71,42% et 70,58% chez le Bot tandis que sous l'influence de l'acide salicylique, le taux le plus élevé de l'inhibition a été enregistrée au niveau de l'AS= 200 mg/l de 44,82% chez le Fol et 45,71% de l'AS= 250 mg/l chez le Bot. le taux d'inhibition de l'interaction entre les deux traitements a atteint au niveau de l'AS= 200 mg/l de 77,39% chez le Fol et 73,86% chez le Bot au niveau de l'AS= 150 mg/l. In vivo, le traitement de deux variétés de la tomate avec Trichoderma sp et l'acide salicylique ont montré une réduction totale de l'incidence de maladie (100%) chez la variété Lesto contaminée par le Bot au niveau de la concentration de l'AS = 150 et 200 mg/l et elle varie entre 62,42 et 66,66% chez le reste des plantes traitées par rapport aux plantes contaminées. L'application des traitements à l'acide salicylique et à Trichoderma sp séparément ou en combinaison entre eux provoque une bonne croissance des plantes et une nette amélioration des aspects physiologiques et biochimiques (chlorophylle totale, sucres dissous et proline) avec des différences significatives par rapport aux traitements par les champignons pathogènes. En conclusion : les résultats montrent que l'application des Trichoderma sp et l'acide salicylique induits une tolérance chez les plants de tomate vis-à-vis de la fusariose vasculaire et de la pourriture grise, selon les potentialités exprimées, en stimulant les défenses naturelles et/ou en agissant par un antagonisme direct sur le parasite. In vitro, the rate of inhibition of Tricoderma sp on Fol reached 71.42% and 70.58% in the Bot while under the influence of salicylic acid, the highest rate of inhibition was was recorded at the level of AS = 200 mg / l of 44.82% in Fol and 45.71% of AS = 250 mg / l in Bot. the level of inhibition of the interaction between the two treatments reached at the level of AS = 200 mg / l of 77.39% in Fol and 73.86% in Bot at the level of AS = 150 mg / l. In vivo, treatment of seedlings of the tomato variety with the same concentrations led to Fus.oxy.lyc mushroom resistance. where the infection rate was 25% at the concentration of 150 mg / L, while at Bot. 25% at the concentration of 250 mg / l. Trichoderma sp treatment reduced the percentage of the disease incidence completely in Botrytis cinerea and 66.67% in Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici it also reduced the infection rate compared to the control. The study showed that fungi affect growth, while salicylic acid and Trichoderma sp increase it. Also, the levels of physiological and biochemical aspects (total chlorophyl, dissolved sugars and proline) were signify catively developed.
