    Impact of the human resources information system on the effectiveness of strategic

    The purpose of this study is to focus on workforce planning and its importance to the company as well as the role of human resources information system in activating the function of forecasting the functions and skills of the British Petroleum Institute. In our study we used the case study methodology through analyzing the reality of human resources information system,. In our study, we adopted the interview as a key tool by interviewing human resources management frameworks. We found that the organization has a fairly acceptable HR information system, as it has not been used Especially with respect to performance assessment and career management, especially with regard to Algerian employment, but exploited for foreigners. As for the expected management of jobs and skills, human resources management seeks to provide the human resource needs in terms of numbers and competencies. The information system has contributed to activating this function, especially by providing a database of all employees in the institution in addition to their specialties and skills. (Skills stock).

    L’Etat des lieux et perspectives des pratiques du marketing bancaire au niveau des agences bancaires de la wilaya d’Oran

    Cette recherche a pour objectif de clarifier le degré d’implication des banques basées dans la ville d’Oran en Algérie dans l’adoption d’une méthodologie de marketing bancaire dans leurs agences. Ce travail vise également à identifier les besoins de ces banques afin de leur fournir l’accompagnement nécessaire dans un but d’introduire et d’établir ces pratiques de marketing bancaire dans leurs agences sur des bases solides. Cette étude nous a permis de conclure que les banques situées à la ville d’ORAN accordent une grande importance à la politique de communication et négligent les autres politiques et leur amélioration concernant le mix-marketing bancaire. Nous avons déduit aussi qu’il existe une amélioration qualitative qui touche le marketing bancaire dans ces banques, ce qui nous laisse optimistes pour l’avenir abstract: This research aims to clarify the degree of involvement of banks based in the city of Oran in Algeria in the adoption of a marketing methodology bank in their agencies. This work also aims to identify the needs of these banks in order to provide them with the necessary support in order to introduce and establish these banking marketing practices in their agencies on solid bases. This study allowed us to conclude that the banks located in the city of ORAN attach great importance to the communication policy and neglect the other policies and their improvement concerning the banking marketing mix. We have also deduced that there is a qualitative improvement in bank marketing in these banks, which leaves us optimistic for the future.

    The Impact of the risk of electronically processing accounting data on the quality of the auditor's reports external: study case of external auditor in Ouargla-Algeria

    This study aims to identifying the risks of automatic processing of accounting data and their impact on external audit quality. The study community consists of the offices of the governors of the accounts (external auditors) in the state of Wurgla-Algeria, where a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 31 auditors processed using the SSPSS program. The interview was also used for discussion on the subject, and the study found that there was an impact on the quality of external audit on the risk of automatic processing of accounting data, and that the risks to persons are the most affecting the quality of the external auditor's work. The study made a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which were the awareness of auditors regarding the risks and ways of dealing with them, and their impact on the quality of the auditing profession through training courses in this field. itement automatique des données comptables et leur impact sur la qualité de l'audit externe.     The Quality of scientific research in light of the requirements Of The national committee for the implementation of the quality assurance system in Algeria

    The study seeks to evaluate the quality of publication in the domain of scientific research at the University of Adrar according to an evaluation study in 2021 by adopting the standards of the national reference for quality assurance, with the university having a policy of publishing its scientific product by providing capabilities, valuing research and transferring its results. The study found that the evaluation of the domain of scientific research was less than the average, which amounted to 1.82 out of 4, the field of valuing scientific research was rated 1.93 out of 4, and the field of scientific relations and partnerships was rated 1.69 out of 4, and the field of organizing, structuring and developing scientific research was 1.81 out of 4, it recommended that the fields of research should be identified and arranged to meet the needs of social and economic environment
