The results reveal that social ties and human needs are determining factors in the morphology of Saharan human settlements.Item L’evolution spatiale de la tache urbaine et son impact sur la continuité typo morphologique. cas d’étude : la ville d’oued zenati(Université D’Oum El Bouaghi, 2021-11-02) Naidja, Amina; Ben Machiche, MeriemA travers cette étude on va essayer de prouver que l’évolution urbaine de la ville d’Oued Zenati, ainsi que le processus typologique portant de leurs tissus urbains, s’effectuent par degré de continuité, et de discontinuité. Ainsi que de se pencher sur l’identification des indicateurs de la continuité, tyomorphologique a Oued Zenati, afin d’orienter la conception des opérations d’aménagement en extension de la ville. En vue d’étudier l’évolution de la ville nous avons eu recours au système d’information géographique (ArcGis 10.1) et à la télédétection spatiale. Par la suite, nous avons donné une classification typologique des tissus urbains d’Oued Zenati en fonction, de leurs époques d’apparition, et le mode de leurs créations. A partir de cette classification, nous avons retenu notre corpus d’étude. Puis, nous avons identifié l’analyse synchronique, et diachronique comme deux démarches complémentaires, et essentielles pour retracer les règles de formation, et de transformation des tissus urbains d’une ville. En se basant dans notre analyse, sur une grille d’observation adéquate, comme celle d’Albert Lévy, tout en se faisant appel à trois critères de lecture tels que ; topologique, géométrique, et dimensionnel. Les lectures synchroniques qu’on a effectuées sur les spécimens d’analyse, nous ont amené à observer les caractéristiques formelles, et spatiales des tissus urbains, et repéré les typologies courantes. La lecture diachronique quant-a-elle nous a permis d’expliquer, une progression depuis un état, antérieur vers un état ultérieur. Les résultats de cette étude ont été traités à l’aide d’un logiciel statistique adéquat(Statistica7.1).Par l’application d’un algorithme non supervise Kmeans nous arrivons à identifier les types de continuité dans le processus typologique portant des tissus urbains de la ville d’Oued Zenati. De ce fait, on parvient de prouver que les types ultérieurs, dérivent des types antérieurs, sans que l’on répète de façon mimétique leurs formes, et leurs caractéristiques. Ainsi, les architectes, les archéologues et les historiens ont toujours pris soin des monuments et des lieux historiques dans le but est de les protéger de toute détérioration éventuelle sans penser à les utiliser pour revitaliser le tourisme dans les villes et faire prospérer leur économie locale. Cela concerne principalement les villes algériennes où, à l'instar des villes du monde dont le patrimoine architectural et urbain est un levier important dans ce domaine, très peu de villes algériennes savent véritablement valoriser leur patrimoine à des fins touristiques. C'est le cas de la ville de Skikda, qui bénéficie non seulement d'une position géographique avantageuse mais aussi d'un patrimoine architectural incroyablement riche, qui témoigne non seulement d'un passé glorieux et riche mais également d’une ville façonnée par de nombreuses civilisations qui ont toutes laissé leur empreinte. Le théâtre municipal, le palais Meriem Azza, le théâtre romain, l'hôtel de ville, la gare ferroviaire... sont autant de monuments qui prouvent cette diversité et richesse culturelle et architecturale, dont certains ont échappé aux agressions du temps et de l'homme et d'autres non. Malheureusement, plusieurs monuments historiques de la ville de Skikda souffrent de plusieurs problèmes qui continuent à affecter négativement aussi bien son histoire que sa représentation touristique, à l'instar de l'hôtel de ville qui présente de nombreux signes de dégradation malgré sa position centrale dans la ville et la richesse architecturale qu'il recèle. D’où l’intérêt de le prendre en charge convenablement et le mettre au profit du secteur du tourisme. La présente communication pointe du doigt sur la nécessité de reconsidérer le patrimoine architectural de la ville afin d'accroître l'attrait du tourisme dont les retombées notamment économiques sont évidentes. Et ce, à travers le cas de la ville de Skikda et de son hôtel de ville. The nation's collective memory is shaped by its architectural history, which has stood the test of time and served as a testament to the nation's past. Thus, architects, archaeologists and historians have always taken care of monuments and historic places with the aim of protecting them from any possible deterioration without thinking of using them to revitalize tourism in cities and make their local economy prosper. This mainly concerns Algerian cities where, like cities around the world whose architectural and urban heritage is an important lever in this area, very few Algerian cities know how to truly value their heritage for tourism purposes. This is the case of the city of Skikda, which benefits not only from an advantageous geographical position but also from an incredibly rich architectural heritage, which testifies not only to a glorious and rich past but also to a city shaped by many civilizations that have all left their mark. The municipal theatre, the Meriem Azza palace, the Roman theatre, the town hall, the railway station... are all monuments that prove this cultural and architectural diversity and richness, some of which have escaped the aggressions of time and weather. man and others not. Unfortunately, several historical monuments of the city of Skikda suffer from several problems which continue to negatively affect both its history and its tourist representation, like the town hall which shows many signs of degradation despite its central position in the city and the architectural richness it conceals. Hence the interest of taking charge of it properly and putting it to the benefit of the tourism sector. This communication points the finger at the need to reconsider the architectural heritage of the city in order to increase the attraction of tourism, the particularly economic repercussions of which are obvious. There has been an increase in attention to study creativity in several disciplines from Art to management from science to research music. Any student taking the correct path does not only consider it as a purely artistic skill but a cognitive skill that can be achieving. Environments both physical and social can affect students’ creative activity. In this regard, we attempt over this study to show how dwelling spaces affect student’s creativity. To achieve this aim a literature overview on residence’s space and creativity has been doing through this study. In addition, 50 students of several fields were interviewing. The recommendations reveal that space’s quality influence widely student’s creativity.
