    Administrative development in socio-organizational thought

    he concept of administrative development is often addressed in management theory, but the social dimensions of administrative development make it related to sociological thought in its administrative orientations, or to the sociology of organizations. Therefore, this article aims to give a theoretical reading of the concept of administrative development according to the socio-organizational perspective.
