    Obstacles to the application of electronic public services in Algeria from the point of employees view at the Directorate of Local Administration of Ghardaia State

    This research paper came to Identify the reasons for the delay in the full implementation of electronic public services in Algeria, Where it aimed to present the concept of electronic government and highlight the obstacles to its application available from the point view of the employees, In this paper it was relied on the descriptive approches and using the questionnaire toole that was analyzed according to the (SPSS) program V19, Where the poplulation consisted of 60 employees in the administration of Ghardaia State, And the results showed that there were no differences between the answers to the abstacles of e-goverments due to the personality variables.
