    Essai d’évaluation de la qualité architecturale des infrastructures hôtelières de Mostaganem

    Dans ce travail de recherche nous nous intéressons à l’évaluation de la qualité architecturale des infrastructures hôtelières de la ville de Mostaganem. Nous procéderons plus précisément à un essai d’évaluation de l’édifice comme objet bâti, et ce afin de comprendre la perception que les usagers ont des espaces publics constituant l’hôtel à savoir les espaces de réception, de restauration et de loisirs Nous évoquerons ainsi l’aspect subjectif et l’aspect objectif de la qualité architecturale, en survolant les émotions produites par l’objet bâti et le côté technique du bâtiment. Pour ce faire, nous recourons à un questionnaire pour analyser les différents aspects (situation, esthétique, morphologie, fonctionnement) qui permettront une évaluation du bâtiment par les usagers de l’espace (les touristes), et ce afin de pouvoir appliquer le modèle MATEA (modèles pour l’analyse, la théorie et l’expérimentation architecturale) développé par Hanrot (2009) pour obtenir des résultats fiables. In this research work we are interested in the evaluation of the architectural quality of the hotel infrastructures of the city of Mostaganem. More specifically, we will carry out an evaluation test of the building as a built object, in order to understand the perception that users have of the public spaces constituting the hotel, namely the reception, catering and leisure spaces. We will discuss thus the subjective aspect and the objective aspect of the architectural quality, by flying over the emotions produced by the built object and the technical side of the building. To do this, we use a questionnaire to analyze the different aspects (location, aesthetics, morphology, functioning) which will allow an evaluation of the building by the users of the space (tourists), in order to be able to apply the MATEA model. (Models for architectural analysis, theory and experimentation) developed by Hanrot (2009) to obtain reliable results.
