    La Formation initiale des PEM stagiaires de FLE à Tébessa entre discours officiels, représentations et pratiques de terrain

    Dans le but de stabiliser la mise en œuvre de la nouvelle réforme dite de deuxième génération, un recrutement massif des ressortissants de l'université a été entrepris par le ministère de l'éducation nationale. Cette recherche a pour vocation d'interroger la progression des savoirs (savoir / savoir-faire/savoir être) du stagiaire. Elle vise aussi à cerner l'impact de la formation initiale sur la formation de l'identité professionnelle dans un terrain où l'interaction façonne des représentations et engendre des pratiques de classe. In order to stabilize the implementation of the new so-called second-generation reform, a massive recruitment of university nationals has been undertaken by the Ministry of National Education. This research aims to question the progression of knowledge (knowledge / know-how / know-how) of the trainee. It also aims to identify the impact of initial training on the formation of professional identity in a field where interaction shapes representations and generates class practices.
