    Organizational development in higher education institutions field study at larbi tebessi university

    The organization lives in a constantly changing and evolving environment, and it has become obligated to keep pace with what is happening in its environment in order to ensure a longer life through the adoption of practical and scientific strategies that affect the various aspects of activity in it, hence the interest of the university institution in the processes of organizational development and change management in line with the changes and developments taking place in its surroundings, However, this process will face a set of objections from inside and outside the organization that must be overcome, as this study aimed to study the reality of Organizational development at the Alarbi Tebsi University of - Tebessa. The descriptive approach was used to study and use the questionnaire form tool to collect data from an intended sample of officials in the university administration. The study concluded that Alarbi-Tebsi University is one of the institutions that organizational development requires it to be, and it does not follow a specific strategy and plan in advance, with a set of problems and obstacles that hinder the process of organizational development and hinder it
