    The Implications of the electronic money issuance contract

    In view of the adoption of electronic money in banking services, it was necessary to develop a legal framework for its regulation and to determine the relationship arising from its management, and this study aims to address the effects associated with the use of electronic money issuing contract. As a result of the study, it can be said that the contract for the issuance of electronic money is one of the legal issues that express the nature of the legal relationship between the consumer and the exporter. It is difficult to describe it in the traditional legal form.
