In this paper, we design and analyze a monolithic square spiral planar microtransformer integrated in a converter Flyback. Firstly, the geometrical and electrical parameters are presented. Secondly, the efficiency of Flyback is calculated to verify the performance of the converter. The final part of this paper shows the thermal modeling, using the finite element method that allowed us to determine the operating temperature in the materials of this component.Item Effect of defective NPC Three level Inverter on speed artificial neural network control of Induction Motor(University of Oum El Bouaghi, 2021) Mendaz, Kheira; Benhadda, Yamina; Attou, Amine; Bounoua, Houriathis paper proposes an artificial neural network-based speed controller model of induction motor drives. The performance of traditional feedback controllers has been found to be insufficient for speed control of induction motors due to the nonlinear structure of the system, changing environmental conditions, and the effects of disturbances. This paper investigates the neural speed control of induction motor combined with three-level NPC inverter for accurate and fast speed control and on the other hand the effect of fault in three-level NPC inverter on neural speed control of induction motor. The faults presented in this work can be classified into switching faults of the three-level NPC inverter and their effects on the physical parameters of the induction motor. The simulation results are performed using Matlab/Simulink which clearly shows the robustness of this controller.
