    The Effect of dinar exchange rate fluctuations on the balance of payments in algeria quantitative study (1992 - 2018)

    This study aims to investigate the impact of the Dinar fluctuation in exchange on the balance of payments in Algeria during the period 1992-2018, as the exchange rate plays an important role in stabilizing the balance of payments. The main objective of this problem is to highlight the change in the exchange rate affects the local economy through affecting the international trade volume and the current balance of payments, as well as foreign investment and capital flow between the domestic and foreign economies. It has been concluded that the specificity of the Algerian economy and its dependency on fuel can have a negative influence on the effectiveness of this policy
