University education is the original investment that constitutes the basis for every investment in the community. Community development plans, the university function is not limited to the composition of students, but to bring itself to the community through its competencies and its ability to provide what is possible to contribute to the development of society, hence the term social responsibility of the university. The role of the university should adopt strategies for teaching to enhance participation combined quality of the students, and this is through service Learning, or the so-called community-based learning through which integrated service community with teaching, which provides students with opportunities for positive interaction with the elements of society, and enhance their ability to understand social issues and development of society
