Investigating the importance of financial control in rationalizing and sustaining the use of water resources

This study addressed the importance of financial control in rationalizing resources and sustainability of water, and to know the significance of financial control in the water resources sector. By selecting the Algerian Public Water Corporation and applying the financial ratios and balance-of-balance-sheet indices of the institution with the help of account governor report. From here we highlight the financial control tools used in the study; it also aims to know the reality of water security in Algeria via including a set of statistics on some water projects in Algeria. Algeria has initiated water resources projects in the framework of achieving water security. The study also concluded that Algerian public water enterprise suffers from its disability to pay short-term obligations being a public sector subsidiary with its customer's disability for paying their obligations in deadlines. The institution complex in question is also subject to the supervision of the accounts governor yearly. The study also found that financial control important in the water resources sector through the EWSW Model that we have reached over the theoretical and practical study of the topic.
