    قراءة في تجربة وزارة التربية الوطنية الجزائرية في رعاية الموهوبين والمتفوقين

    هدفت هذه الورقة العلمية إلى محاولة تسليط الضوء على واقع رعاية الموهوبين والمتفوقين في الجزائر، من خلال جهود وزارة التربية الوطنية الجزائرية في محاولاتها العديدة لدعم التلاميذ الاستثنائيين، وخاصة في مادة الرياضيات، وذلك من خلال قراءة الجزء الرئيسي من التجربة التي عرفت العديد من العثرات الإدارية، والتربوية، والتشريعية بشكل خاص. وقد قدم القائمون على هذه التجربة العديد من المقترحات التي اقترحها باحثون جامعيون بناءً على نتائج دراساتهم وأبحاثهم الميدانية. This scientific article aimed to try to shed light on the reality of the care of the gifted and talented in Algeria, through the efforts of the Algerian Ministry of National Education in its many attempts to support exceptional students, especially in mathematics, by reading the main part of the experience which has known many administrative, educational and legislative pitfalls in particular, they have presented through experience many proposals that university researchers have proposed as the results of their studies and field research.
