This document serves as a comprehensive synthesis of the Mobile Application Development course delivered at the University of Oum El Bouaghi. The field of mobile development is at once fascinating, fast-paced, and technically demanding. Building modern mobile applications is often considered one of the most dynamic challenges in computer science, as it requires a developer to master a diverse ecosystem ranging from fundamental software engineering principles to the specific constraints of handheld hardware.
To navigate this complexity, the student must be equipped with a varied toolkit. This includes foundational knowledge (application lifecycles, resource management, and asynchronous programming) as well as practical technical skills (UI/UX design, database persistence, and hardware integration like sensors and GPS).
In alignment with academic standards, this course is structured to address the multi-layered nature of mobile systems. The first part focuses on the Frontend and User Interface (UI), covering layout design, activity lifecycles, and event handling. The second part explores Data Management and Integration, including local persistence (SQLite/Room), background services, and network communication with remote APIs.
The documentation surrounding mobile development is vast and constantly evolving. Nevertheless, this manuscript draws from several foundational references, including the official Android Documentation, the architectural guidelines from Google, and seminal works on mobile software engineering. I have also integrated insights from industry-standard practices and modern pedagogical frameworks.
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy and pedagogical clarity of this work, perfection remains a human ideal and this report is no exception. Given the rapid shifts in mobile technology and the inherent pressure of academic preparation, some errors may persist. Therefore, I kindly invite all readers to signal any errors whether they be typographical, methodological, or technical to help improve future editions of this course.

With the rapid evolution of mobile technologies, smartphones and portable devices have become an integral part of everyday life. At the core of these devices lies the mobile operating system, which plays a fundamental role in ensuring their functionality, usability, and performance. A mobile operating system not only manages hardware resources and wireless communication but also provides a platform for running applications and delivering services to users.
Over the years, mobile operating systems have evolved significantly, transitioning from early systems designed for Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) to sophisticated platforms capable of supporting complex applications while efficiently managing limited resources such as battery life and processing power. This evolution has led to the emergence of a wide range of operating systems, which can be broadly classified into proprietary and open-source systems, each with its own advantages and ecosystem.
Today, the mobile operating system market is largely dominated by a few key players, shaping the direction of mobile computing and application development. Understanding these systems is essential for grasping how modern mobile applications are designed, deployed, and optimized.
Linguistique et phonétique

Ce polycopié pédagogique, destiné aux étudiantes et étudiants de première année de Licence de français, propose une initiation progressive aux fondements de la linguistique et de la phonétique. Il vise à développer une compréhension scientifique du langage en présentant les principaux concepts qui permettent d’analyser le fonctionnement des langues naturelles et les mécanismes de la communication humaine.
La première partie est consacrée à la linguistique générale. Elle aborde les notions essentielles relatives au langage, à la langue et à la parole, tout en mettant en évidence les spécificités de l’approche linguistique par rapport à la grammaire traditionnelle. L’ouvrage présente les grands courants qui ont marqué l’histoire de la discipline, depuis la linguistique historique et comparée jusqu’au structuralisme saussurien. Une attention particulière est accordée aux concepts fondateurs de Ferdinand de Saussure, notamment le signe linguistique, les axes syntagmatique et paradigmatique, ainsi que les perspectives synchronique et diachronique. Le polycopié explore également les principales théories linguistiques du XXe siècle, parmi lesquelles le fonctionnalisme, le structuralisme, la glossématique et le distributionnalisme, en soulignant leurs apports à l’étude scientifique du langage.
La seconde partie est dédiée à la phonétique et à la dimension communicative du langage. Elle met en lumière les bases biologiques, psychologiques et sociales de l’acquisition langagière, les caractéristiques des codes oral et écrit, ainsi que les fonctions du langage selon le modèle de Jakobson. L’ensemble des contenus permet aux apprenants de comprendre le rôle des sons dans la communication, les mécanismes de production et de perception de la parole, ainsi que les relations entre structure linguistique, sens et contexte d’énonciation.
Conçu dans une perspective pédagogique, ce support associe exposés théoriques, exemples contextualisés, tableaux synthétiques, activités d’application et travaux dirigés. Il favorise ainsi l’acquisition progressive des connaissances fondamentales nécessaires à la poursuite des études en sciences du langage et en didactique du français langue étrangère. Par son approche accessible et rigoureuse, ce polycopié constitue un outil de référence pour l’initiation à l’analyse linguistique et phonétique en contexte universitaire.

المالية الإسلامية

تعدّ المالية الإسلامية من أهم البدائل التمويلية المعاصرة، لما تقوم عليه من مبادئ المشاركة والارتباط بالاقتصاد الحقيقي، وما تتيحه من إمكانات لدعم التنمية الاقتصادية وتعزيز الشمول المالي. وقد شهدت الجزائر خلال السنوات الأخيرة اهتمامًا متزايدًا بهذا القطاع، تُوّج بإصلاحات قانونية وتنظيمية مهمة أسهمت في الانتقال بالمالية الإسلامية من المجال النظري إلى فضاء الممارسة والتطبيق، من خلال تنظيم العقود والصيغ المصرفية الإسلامية، وتطوير البيئة المحاسبية والتشريعية الداعمة لها.
وتندرج هذه المطبوعة البيداغوجية ضمن الجهود الرامية إلى تقريب مفاهيم المالية الإسلامية لطلبة ماستر المؤسسات المالية، وتمكينهم من استيعاب أسسها النظرية وآلياتها التطبيقية، بما يساعدهم على فهم واقع الصناعة المالية الإسلامية ومستجداتها. وقد روعي في إعدادها اعتماد لغة تعليمية مبسطة تجمع بين الدقة العلمية وسهولة العرض، مع مراعاة تفاوت مستويات الطلبة وخلفياتهم المعرفية.
واعتمدت المطبوعة مقاربة بيداغوجية تفاعلية تقوم على توظيف الوسائط البصرية من رسوم تخطيطية وبيانات توضيحية، إلى جانب إدماج أنشطة تعليمية وتمارين تطبيقية ودراسات حالة مستمدة من الممارسات الفعلية للمصارف الإسلامية، بما يسهم في تنمية مهارات التحليل والتقويم واتخاذ القرار لدى الطلبة. كما حرصت على ربط المادة العلمية بالمراجع المتخصصة والمصادر الموثوقة، تعزيزًا للثقافة البحثية وترسيخًا لمبدأ التعلم الذاتي.
أما من الناحية التنظيمية، فقد صيغت المحاضرات وفق بناء منهجي متدرج يبدأ بتحديد الأهداف التعليمية والأسئلة التمهيدية، ثم عرض المفاهيم الأساسية ومضامين الدرس بصورة مترابطة، وينتهي بأنشطة تلخيصية وأسئلة تقويمية وتمارين داعمة للفهم والاستعداد للتقييمات الأكاديمية.
وعليه، تمثل هذه المطبوعة أداة تعليمية تسعى إلى الجمع بين التأصيل العلمي والتطبيق العملي، والإسهام في إعداد كفاءات أكاديمية ومهنية قادرة على فهم المالية الإسلامية واستثمار إمكاناتها في خدمة التنمية الاقتصادية.
